Overview

Welcome to Eben-Ezer Daycare. By enrolling your child or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service, which are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and consistent environment for all children and families.

1. Enrollment and Agreement

Enrollment is confirmed once registration forms are completed, and the Parent Handbook has been reviewed and signed.
By signing the handbook, parents acknowledge understanding and agreement with daycare policies, including those related to attendance, tuition, health, and communication.

Eben-Ezer Daycare reserves the right to update policies as needed to comply with state regulations or maintain safety standards. Parents will be notified of any significant changes.

2. Hours of Operation

  • Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Closed: Weekends, holidays, and scheduled staff development days.
Families will receive a list of closure dates in advance.

3. Tuition and Payment

Tuition rates vary by age group and attendance schedule. Payments are due according to the agreed schedule outlined during enrollment.

Missed days due to illness, vacation, or weather-related closures are not refundable, unless otherwise specified.
For payment questions or voucher assistance, please contact Eben-Ezer Daycare directly.
